In parallel, the Ministry of Interior issued an awareness advisory for drivers, urging them not to misuse hazard lights, to follow official weather updates, refrain from using mobile phones, keep windows closed, activate air recirculation, maintain a safe driving distance, avoid areas with sand accumulation, and reduce speed in low-visibility conditions. In cases of zero visibility, drivers were advised to pull over to the side of the road.

The storm caused structural damage in some areas, including the collapse of a limestone wall at a private residence, which damaged an awning and a vehicle. Social media users also shared a video showing a mobile taxi heavily damaged by falling bricks.
