Kuwait: The Kuwait Municipality has taken strict action against a wedding hall in the Raqqa area after waste was left behind in a public space. A video of the incident, shared on social media, showed the hall’s waste dumped without being cleaned up properly.
In response, the Municipality confirmed that the owner’s KD 500 insurance deposit has been confiscated, and they will also be charged for the full cost of waste removal.
Authorities stated that sanitation teams will continue monitoring public areas, and penalties will be imposed on any wedding hall owners or individuals who leave waste in undesignated places.
